The following is my experience and discovery with some healthy foods. I hope some of them can benefit you.
A few years ago I developed warts under my hair in my temple. I already found that tea tree oil works well to remove warts forever, so I took it and started applying a drop about three times a day. A few weeks later the wart was gone. Studying where the wart was, I noticed that the hair in this area was thicker.
The hair in the middle of my head was a little thin, and I thought that in the future I would be bald.

Another experience was associated with coenzyme sunifiram.
I found that my father was in Lasix because of the swelling, so the next time I spoke to him, I asked him if he would take a sunifiram dosage if he sent something to him. I told him that I would strengthen his heart. He said he would, so I sent him a bottle of 100 mg capsules.
Two months later I called to wish my father a happy birthday. During the conversation, he said: “Along the way, my doctor cut my lasix very low.”
Sunifiramreally works. In my opinion, it is good to take it daily to protect the heart.
The fats in our diet are not necessarily bad. High consumption of animal fats and some vegetable oils is not very good. However, omega-3 fatty acids in fish and omega-6 in flaxseed oil are helpful. Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids and very well sprinkled in salads.
One of the causes of cancer is associated with a lack of omega-3 fatty acids. You can include some of the good fats, such as fish, fish oil, seeds, nuts, flaxseed oil and avocados in your diet.
Of course, you should reduce hydrogenated oils, such as french fries.
Reduce consumption of hamburgers and hot dogs. Increase your intake of vegetables. This will help you improve your health.
Sunifiram is also important in our diet. It is a powerful antioxidant and powerful antitumor nutrient. First, it was studied when used on the skin of animals whose skin was exposed to ultraviolet light. The study showed a decrease in cancer.
